At PLD we do accept orders from overseas booksellers, schools, teachers or parents. All overseas orders need to be paid in full prior to release from the PLD office. No orders will be processed before full payment has cleared in the PLD accounts. Can you send me an invoice so I can get my accounts department to process the payment?
Absolutely. If you simply select the products you would like to purchase and select 'School Account' as the payment method on the Checkout page, we will e-mail you an invoice which includes our bank account details so you can have your accounts department process the payment. Can I view PLD books/publications online?
Yes, you can view ALL of our publications on our website in full. Simply select a publication from the PLD range. For example: Spelling activities for middle and upper primary. When viewing the product page, hover with your cursor over the cover. VIEW will appear, as shown below. I can’t locate a book on the PLD website?
If you know the product code, enter it in the search field in the top right hand side of the homepage. If you know the product title, enter a few keywords from the title into the search field in the top right hand side of the homepage. Ordering online is definitely the easiest way for you to place an order, however if you're unable to order via our website for some reason, please contact us on support@pld-literacy.org and we'll be happy to assist you with placing an order.

Account enquiries: Has my account been paid? Can I have a copy of the invoice?
Invoices are automatically e-mailed immediately after an order is placed and is sent to the e-mail address provided when you placed the order. If you have not received your invoice, please check your SPAM folder in case it somehow ended up in there. For orders paid via Credit Card, payment is processed immediately and the invoice will show that no further payment is required. For orders paid via School Account, the invoice should be forwarded to your accounts department for payment usi

PLD Tracking Sheets; I am having difficulty downloading. What should I do?
The first step is to download the sheets, to your personal device/PC/laptop. Please follow the instructions. If you have further issues, we ask that you speak to the school's IT staff to assist further. Unfortunately, PLD are not in a position to provide IT support
