My quote request doesn't include shipping - why not?

Shipping costs can only be finalised once an address is provided and details of the order are confirmed. If you would like to know how much shipping will cost for your order, please follow these steps:

Login to your PLD account (or register for a new account) at

Add a billing address and a shipping address and then click save.

Submit a quote request (as per the instructions here)

Upon clicking 'Accept' you will be taken to the Checkout screen with all products from the quote automatically added to your Cart, and as long as you have added a billing and shipping address to your account as per step #2 above, a shipping price will be displayed. If you would like to change the shipping method (e.g. to express shipping), select from any of the available options in the 'Shipping' section.

To proceed with your order, simply check all details are correct (click 'View cart' if you'd like to go back to view all products you are about to purchase), select a payment method and then complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
