Why can't I buy your app bundles via the VPP (volume purchasing program)?
The Volume Purchase Program allows educational institutions to purchase apps and books in volume and distribute them to students, teachers, administrators, and other employees. The program also allows app developers to offer special pricing for purchases of 20 apps or more. The VPP is administered by Apple and we have no control over the functionality of what it can and can’t do. Can I installs apps on multiple devices?
When purchasing apps via the App Store or Google Play, the purchase is linked to the iTunes/Google account which was used to complete the purchase and the purchase will be available on all devices which are logged in with that iTunes/Google account. In most school environments, each device will have a unique account and therefore 1 license will need to be purchased for each individual device, however this varies from school to school so it will be best to check this with your IT administrator.
