Can I installs apps on multiple devices?
When purchasing apps via the App Store or Google Play, the purchase is linked to the iTunes/Google account which was used to complete the purchase and the purchase will be available on all devices which are logged in with that iTunes/Google account. In most school environments, each device will have a unique account and therefore 1 license will need to be purchased for each individual device, however this varies from school to school so it will be best to check this with your IT administrator.

The app won't work - says it needs to be updated
If you have recently updated your device(s) to a new version of iOS, you may encounter an error message like the one shown below: As of March 2021 we have released updates for all of the iOS apps on the App Store so please update to the latest version and you should no longer encounter this issue.
Apps don't work on iOS 14+ - what now?
