The app won't work - says it needs to be updated

If you have recently updated your device(s) to a new version of iOS, you may encounter an error message like the one shown below:




As of March 2021 we have released updates for all of the iOS apps on the App Store so please update to the latest version and you should no longer encounter this issue.
