  • How do I access my online course certificate?
Once you have completed any of PLD’s online courses, you will be issued a certificate of completion which is accessible by going to https://pld-literacy-and-learning.thinkific.com/account/certificates. Even after your access to the course has expired, your certificate will still be accessible via the above link, however we recommend saving a copy for easy access.Popular
  • Why is it saying I haven't completed the course but I have? Also I have not received my certificate?
This is usually due to clicking between videos and downloads on the left-side section rather than clicking on 'Complete and Continue' blue button at the bottom of the course screen. If you go through each available element (videos and downloads) and then click 'Complete and Continue' in the bottom of the screen, that item should be treated as completed and you should then receive your certificate of completion. Some readers

  • If we purchase the online course it can’t be accessed by different staff individually?
Technically yes, however accessing the course using the same login on multiple devices simultaneously will result in users having connection issues caused by the fact the 1 account is being used by multiple people, which is not how the system is designed to work. Furthermore, only 1 person can be awarded a certificate of completion once the course is completed. The courses are designed to have individual accounts setup for each user so they can progress through the content at their own pace, piSome readers

  • Admin FAQ: How do I check if staff have completed their online courses?
Option 1 The most simplistic solution is to ask staff to submit their certificate to the school leader coordinating the online professional learning. This may be the literacy coordinator or the deputy principal. If teaching or support staff have not submitted their certificate it can be safely assumed that the course has either not been viewed or that the course has only been partially completed.
