How do I access my online course certificate?
Once you have completed any of PLD’s online courses, you will be issued a certificate of completion which is accessible by going to https://pld-literacy-and-learning.thinkific.com/account/certificates. Where can I find online course downloads?
All of our online courses include downloads relating to each of the video instalments which can be downloaded in PDF format - we suggest you download these as they can be useful while doing the course and a handy reminder long after you have completed the course. In addition to this, many of our courses have additional downloadable resources which relate to the course content &/or have been referred to during the course. To locate these resources and download them, refer to the left-side menu w

Why is it saying I haven't completed the course but I have? Also I have not received my certificate?
This is usually due to clicking between videos and downloads on the left-side section rather than clicking on 'Next'. If you go through each available element (videos and downloads) and then click 'Next' in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, that item should be treated as completed and you should then receive your certificate of completion.

If we purchase the online course it can’t be accessed by different staff individually?
Technically yes, however accessing the course using the same login on multiple devices simultaneously will result in users having connection issues caused by the fact the 1 account is being used by multiple people, which is not how the system is designed to work. Furthermore, only 1 person can be awarded a certificate of completion once the course is completed. The courses are designed to have individual accounts setup for each user so they can progress through the content at their own pace, pi

If a few people watch the online course together do we have to pay per person?
Yes you do. The licenses for our online courses have been created for use by individuals so they can progress through the content at their own pace, pick up where they left off previously and be awarded their own certificate of completion once they have completed all modules. Therefore, if you would like multiple staff to access online courses, we recommend purchasing 1 license per staff member. We have generous discounts available for multi-user licenses to help schools with budget constraint

Admin FAQ: How do I check if staff have completed their online courses?
Option 1 The most simplistic solution is to ask staff to submit their certificate to the school leader coordinating the online professional learning. This may be the literacy coordinator or the deputy principal. If teaching or support staff have not submitted their certificate it can be safely assumed that the course has either not been viewed or that the course has only been partially completed. Option 2 It is quite a time intensive process for the PLD reception staff to log in to eac
