Why is it saying I haven't completed the course but I have? Also I have not received my certificate?

This is usually due to clicking between videos and downloads on the left-side section rather than clicking on 'Complete and Continue' blue button at the bottom of the course screen.

If you go through each available element (videos and downloads) and then click 'Complete and Continue' in the bottom of the screen, that item should be treated as completed and you should then receive your certificate of completion.

It is only when you have gone through these steps that the course will be processed as being completed and your certificate of completion will be forwarded.
