If a few people watch the online course together do we have to pay per person?
Yes you do. The licenses for our online courses have been created for use by individuals so they can progress through the content at their own pace, pick up where they left off previously and be awarded their own certificate of completion once they have completed all modules.
Therefore, if you would like multiple staff to access online courses, we recommend purchasing 1 license per staff member.
We have generous discounts available for multi-user licenses to help schools with budget constraints so the online courses can be presented in a group environment (e.g. PD or staff meeting) and users can then go away and complete the course individually and be awarded their own certificate of completion which can count towards required PD quotas.
