Account enquiries: Has my account been paid? Can I have a copy of the invoice?

Invoices are automatically e-mailed immediately after an order is placed and is sent to the e-mail address provided when you placed the order. If you have not received your invoice, please check your SPAM folder in case it somehow ended up in there.

For orders paid via Credit Card, payment is processed immediately and the invoice will show that no further payment is required.

For orders paid via School Account, the invoice should be forwarded to your accounts department for payment using the account details provided on the invoice.
