How do I change my password?
The PLD website (for placing orders and accessing tracking sheets or downloads) is separate to the platform used to access our online courses. If you're wanting to login to your account, please refer to the information below.
Go to https://pld-literacy.org/my-account/ (and login if you're not already logged in)
Click the 'Edit' icon to the right of the 'Account Details & Password' heading.
Under the 'Password change' heading, enter your new password in the 'New password' field and then enter it again in the 'Confirm new password' field.
Click 'Save Changes' and your password is updated.
Go to https://courses.pld-literacy.org/users/sign_in and login to your account.
Once logged in, click the avatar in the top right corner of the screen and select 'My account'.
Click on 'Password' from the left-side menu and enter your new password, re-enter your new password and then enter your current password.
Click 'Update' and your password is updated.

Click 'Update' and your password is updated.
