  • Why is it saying I haven't completed the course but I have? Also I have not received my certificate?
This is usually due to clicking between videos and downloads on the left-side section rather than clicking on 'Complete and Continue' blue button at the bottom of the course screen. If you go through each available element (videos and downloads) and then click 'Complete and Continue' in the bottom of the screen, that item should be treated as completed and you should then receive your certificate of completion. Some readers

  • If we purchase the online course it can’t be accessed by different staff individually?

Furthermore, only 1 person can be awarded a certificate of completion once the course is completed. • Admin FAQ: How do I check if staff have completed their online courses?
Option 1 The most simplistic solution is to ask staff to submit their certificate to the school leader coordinating the online professional learning. This may be the literacy coordinator or the deputy principal. If teaching or support staff have not submitted their certificate it can be safely assumed that the course has either not been viewed or that the course has only been partially completed.
