Why can't I buy your app bundles via the VPP (volume purchasing program)?
The Volume Purchase Program allows educational institutions to purchase apps and books in volume and distribute them to students, teachers, administrators, and other employees. The program also allows app developers to offer special pricing for purchases of 20 apps or more. The VPP is administered by Apple and we have no control over the functionality of what it can and can’t do. How do I redeem a promo code for Apps?

Can I install apps on multiple devices?
In school environments, third-party systems are usually used to allow easy purchasing and deployment of apps to all school devices, and these usually allow access to the VPP (Volume Purchasing Program) which provides schools with a 50% discount. The app won't work - says it needs to be updated
If you have recently updated your device(s) to a new version of iOS, you may encounter an error message like the one shown below: As of March 2021 we have released updates for all of the iOS apps on the App Store so please update to the latest version and you should no longer encounter this issue.Few readers
Apps don't work on iOS 14+ - what now?
Reading Race and Spell Star apps For a brief period in early 2021, users with devices running iOS 14.x would encounter an error message advising the apps needed to be updated to continue functioning. As of 15/3/21, all 4 x Spell Star and 4 x Reading Race apps have now been updated and support iOS 14 so if you are encountering this issue, please ensure you have updated to the latest version from the App Store.
