What is PLD's Refunds/Returns/Exchanges Policy?
Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. In the event you notice the error in your order BEFORE it has been dispatched, for example, you have added the wrong multiples of an item to your cart, please contact us and we will rectify it.
In the event of an error, if you wish to return or adjust your order AFTER it has been dispatched, it is up to PLD's discretion to allow the following:
Step 1: You must notify PLD within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: You may return the item at your own cost. Please note: The return item will only be accepted if it is in pristine re-salable condition.
Step 3: As PLD do not offer refunds, we will replace the item for you with another of your choosing. You must included a returns postage paid envelope for the item you wish to have in replacement.
