If you're trying to booking an appointment and you encounter an error message like the one shown in the image below, it is likely due to your school network blocking the service that we use for handling our bookings, which is called Calendly. Here are a few things you can try to get around this issue:

Try using your phone and ensure wi-fi is turned off so you are using your cellular data and not your school network.

Connect your device to a different network. e.g. connect to your wifi at home or turn your phone hotspot on and connect to that.

Contact your IT support team and ask if they can unblock Calendly.

Call PLD on (08) 9227 0846 with a list of preferred dates/times for when you would like to book an appointment so we can manually create the booking for you.

If you see an error message like the image above, your school/network is blocking the Calendly service
