If you're trying to booking an appointment and you encounter an error message like the one shown below, it is likely due to your network blocking the service that we use for handling our bookings, which is called Calendly. Here are a few things you can try to get around this issue:

Connect your device to a different network (e.g. connect to your phone as a hotspot or connect to your wifi at home).

Contact your IT support team and ask if they can unblock Calendly.

Visit https://pld-literacy.org/complimentary-consultation-time-with-diana-rigg/ and see if the service is still blocked on this page or not.

Call PLD on (08) 9227 0846 with a list of preferred dates/times for when you would like to book an appointment to secure an appointment.

If you see an error message like this, your school/network is blocking the Calendly service
