PLD's Policy on Refunds and Returns

Refunds: In line with Australian Consumer Law, a full refund (or credit note) is available where there is a major problem with a product. If you purchase a product which is unsafe, very different from the description or sample, has serious problems or can't be used for its intended purpose, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you to get the issue resolved to your satisfaction. Change of mind refunds: We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Order errors: In the event you notice an error in your order BEFORE it has been dispatched (e.g. you have added the wrong multiples of an item to your cart), please contact us and we will rectify this prior to dispatch.

In the event you notice an error in your order AFTER it has been dispatched, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to let us know about the issue. At the discretion of PLD, we may offer to exchange or offer a credit note for products returned in pristine, re-salable condition. Note that all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
