We're sorry to hear you’re encountering issues accessing the links in our recent e-mail. Our newsletters sometimes include links to YouTube videos which may be blocked by some school networks.

Option 1: Temporarily deactivate (or reduce) your virus software settings.

Option 2: Access the links on another network outside your school. e.g. At home.

Option 3: If those aren’t possible options or don't work, forward the e-mail newsletter to your school IT
department and let them know you’re having issues accessing the links. They should be able to
check the links are safe and hopefully, they can ‘whitelist’ our newsletters to enable access to the links in the future.
