Yes, we understand managing budgets from year to year can be a challenge so PLD is able to provide resources within the current year but forward-date accounts to the following year (or years). E.g. Place an order in 2017, but pay in 2018/2019.

For this to occur, the PLD office requires a purchase order number for the subsequent year (or years).
