Why does my quote not include shipping?

If you're from a large school or a group of schools wanting to source a quote for our products, we're more than happy to work with you to put together a package that meets your needs and works within your budget. When preparing these quotes, as they often go back and forth a few times, the freight cost will simply show as 'To be quoted' until the order is finalised and you have confirmed you would like to proceed with the products and quantities on the quote provided.

Once the quote is approved, we will provide an updated quote which includes the actual shipping cost for those exact products to your shipping address - we use Australia Post for shipping and pass on this cost without any markup. You can choose to accept the quote including shipping, or if you would prefer to arrange your own shipping, we can prepare the order and have it ready for you to have your shipping partner collect it from our office in Perth.
