Can I apply for an online course extension? Is it possible to entend access? We want to review or we have new teachers.
,| Typically, PLD does not extend courses into the new school year. The exception is courses viewed at the end of Term 4.
- Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis if your access expired within the last 30 days, at the discretion of PLD.
- Please email the following information to mail@pld-literacy.org
- Subject: Online Course Request for an extension
- **It is essential that schools requesting an extension supply the confirmation booking emails (or invoice) for the registered teachers. **
- This provides the PLD office with the course title, the names, and the date the teachers registered.
- Without the confirmation email(s), PLD is not able to extend courses.
__Please note: __
- All course notes are downloadable in PDF format so you can save these and keep them forever, however, video content is only accessible for 90 days from the date you sign up.
- Within the 90-day window, you can view the video content as often as you like.
- If you would like to undertake the course again after the 90-day period has expired, please [contact us here](mailto:mail@pld-literacy.org?subject=Online course enquiry) and we may be able to provide an extension (of access expired within the last 30 days), if that is not possible we’ll be happy to provide you with a discount coupon so you can complete the course again at a discounted rate.
