If we purchase the online course it can’t be accessed by different staff individually?
Technically yes, however accessing the course using the same login on multiple devices simultaneously will result in users having connection issues caused by the fact the 1 account is being used by multiple people, which is not how the system is designed to work. Furthermore, only 1 person can be awarded a certificate of completion once the course is completed.
The courses are designed to have individual accounts setup for each user so they can progress through the content at their own pace, pick up where they left off previously and be awarded their own certificate of completion once they have completed all modules.
Therefore, if you would like multiple staff to access online courses, we recommend purchasing 1 license per staff member and we have generous discounts available for multi-user licenses to help schools with budget constraints.
