I have received my certificate for the online course, however my name is spelled incorrectly.
Please note that the PLD online courses are not hosted on the PLD site. PLD utilises another company to host and faciltiate the online courses.
Do, know that the creation of certificates is an automated process, provided through this external provider 'Thinkiffic' https://www.thinkific.com/
The certificate is generated automatically on the basis of the information provided in the registration process.
There must have been a spelling error provided in the Thinkiffic system upon registering.
This is not something that the office at PLD can offer.
