How do I reset my password?
The PLD website (for placing orders and accessing tracking sheets or downloads) is separate to the platform used to provide our online courses. If you're unable to access your account and want to reset your password, please refer to the information below.
PLD Website
- Go to https://pld-literacy.org/my-account/lost-password/
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Check your e-mail and click on the link provided to complete the process to reset your password.
The password reset email may take a few minutes to arrive, however if it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder in case it ended up in there.
Online Course
- Go to https://courses.pld-literacy.org/users/password/new
- Enter your email address.
- Check your e-mail and click on the link provided to complete the process to reset your password.
The password reset email may take a few minutes to arrive, however if it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder in case it ended up in there, or search for an email from noreply@notify.thinkific.com
