Requesting Quotes for School Licences? Is this possible?

From 2026, credit cards will be, the only way of purchasing a school licence or an individual licence.

Like other subscription models (e.g. Netflix, Disney etc) credit card is the only payment option.

Step 1: The purchaser (of School Licences or Individual Licences) MUST have an account on the PLD website. If you or your school do not have an account, you can quickly register here.
Step 2: Add the list of licensed items to the shopping cart **for which you would like to purchase a Licence.
Step 3: Check out with a credit card **(i.e. a school or personal credit card).

In previous years, PLD was able to process school licences manually. Within the old system, PLD was able to provide schools with quotes. Schools would often then pay by direct debit and finally the office would set up the school licences manually.

Unfortunately, the software and the process PLD implements now require the use of a personal or school credit card.

PLD is NO LONGER able to supply schools with school licence quotes.

Renewal of Licences

School Licences and Individual Licences will be renewed each year unless cancelled prior.
Do know, notifications will be sent before the renewal date to provide ample notice to cancel prior to renewal if desired.
Do know that no annual automatic payments will be deducted from the nominated credit card.
Reminders will occur the week before and the day before the annual payments are made.
This notice allows consideration if the licence will be renewed for the next 12-month period.

Purchasing a School Licence or an Individual Licence is simple if you follow these steps:

Click on the resource(s) you would like to purchase and select either the “School Licence” or "Individual Licence" tab, and then click “Add to Cart”.
Proceed to the checkout and complete your order, signing up for an account if you don't already have one.
A credit card payment will need to occur at the point of purchase.
Once your order is completed, click on My Account (top right corner) and select the “My Subscriptions” tab to view all available licenses.
Remember licenses provide digital access, but are not eBooks and may not be saved to a device or school network.
