I've been locked out of the website/my account - how do I get back in?

If you have (or someone else on the same network as you has) attempted to login to your account and entered an incorrect password too many times, you may see a message that your access to the site has been limited for a period of time. e.g. 4 hours.

You can either wait for the lockout period to expire and then try to login again, or if you need access sooner, please scroll down the page and click on 'Chat with us' and we'll be happy to manually remove the block and help you regain access to your account, which will usually involve sending you a password reset email so you can click on the link and then reset your password, which you can learn more about here.
