Attendance certificates are automatically sent to the registered e-mail address used to purchase the tickets at 5pm on the day of the seminar. If you haven’t received yours, please check your spam folder and if it’s not in there, please check to ensure it was your e-mail address that was used to register for the seminar. If it wasn’t (which is often the case due to school offices often taking care of registrations), please contact the person responsible for the registration as they should’ve received the certificate on the e-mail they used when registered you for the seminar.

If you’re still unable to locate your attendance certificate, please don’t hesitate to contact us and be sure to include the attendee name and seminar date so we can provide you with a copy of the certificate.
