How do I transfer my seminar to another date?
PLD has a ‘no refund’ policy. If you wish to transfer your seminar date, we have the following options.
When there are more than 7 days to the event
If you have booked in for a seminar, that is further than 7 days away and are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer the event for another date. Please follow this link to transfer your date.
NOTE: Should you need a PLD staff member to complete the transfer on your behalf, there is a $20.00 administrative fee. If you require PLD to transfer the event on your behalf, please contact us.
When the event is within 7 days
If you have booked in for a seminar that is due to be held within 7 days, we would be unable to transfer you to another date. PLD seminars are often fully booked in advance and we have likely already turned people away. In this instance we encourage you to attend the event if at all possible, provide the ticket to a colleague or make a new booking for an alternative date.
