I don’t know whether to buy a School Licence or an eBook.
School Licences offer considerable savings for schools which have multiple streams (3 or more per year level), are catering for a wide range of abilities and where teachers from all years require access to a wide range of resources to support all students in their classes.
eBooks are a single user digital version of PLD resources that are designed to be purchased and used by an individual. An ebook sits on the user's device, and is owned by and only able to be used by that individual user.
With school licensing we give schools the ability to grant and remove access to digital resources, keep up-to-date with the latest version when updates are released, plus they can't get lost or leave with teachers when they move to a new school. None of this is possible with eBooks, however eBooks can be a convenient digital resource at a lower price point than school licences and for this reason may be a suitable alternative for smaller schools.
