If the links above don’t resolve the issue, please email our team at mail@pld-literacy.org. To help us resolve your request within one hour of our office reopening, please include the following details:

  • Contact Info: Your name, school name, and mobile number.
  • Platform: Are you having trouble with the PLD Website or the Online Courses?
  • Evidence: A screenshot or "screen grab" of any error messages you are seeing.
  • Description: A brief summary of what happened.
