Is it possible for job-sharing teachers to share SSP Kit access?

Yes, but with some conditions that are detailed below.

The purchase of PLD's SSP Kits includes digital access to resources for use in a single classroom. Where there is a job-share arrangement and 2 teachers are teaching in the same classroom, access to the digital components of the SSP Kit can be provided to an additional teacher by following the steps below:

1. Go to https://pld-literacy.org/ssp-shared-resources/ and submit the form with the details required.
2. Once this form has been submitted, PLD staff will verify the request, confirming that the requested additional user licence(s) are valid and correspond with SSP Kits which have already been purchased.
3. Once verified, an order will be generated for the eligible number of licences requested and sent to the email address associated with the initial order. This is to prevent fraudulent requests for additional user licences. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• There is a $40 admin charge per licence. As a goodwill gesture, a one-off 50% discount will be applied to eligible requests received prior to 30/6/2026.
• Any licence granted will remain valid until December 31st of the current year. If teachers will again be job-sharing the following year, a new request will need to be submitted as per the steps detailed above.
• Schools will need to provide confirmation that the SSP Kit is being used in a single classroom which is being shared by 2 teachers.
• A maximum of 1 additional user can be provided with access per purchased SSP Kit.
• Any users found to be in breach of these terms and conditions (e.g. sharing access across multiple classrooms or with users from other schools) may have access revoked for the initial user and any subsequent users who were granted access and no refund will be provided.
