How do SSP Kit subscriptions work?

For people who purchased an SSP Kit and redeemed the digital licence key prior to 30/6/2026:

• As per the launch offer, you will continue to have free lifetime digital access to the components relating to the SSP Kit you purchased.
• When any updates or improvements are made to any of the digital components relating to the SSP Kit, you will automatically have access to the latest version of the resource.

For people who purchase an SSP Kit from 1/7/2026:

• A licence key will be included with the product (which can be redeemed as per the instructions provided here) to provide the user with 12 months of unlimited free access to the digital components relating to the SSP Kit.
• After the initial 12-month period of free access, a 50% discount ($49.50) will be automatically applied for the following 12 months of access. To activate the subscription and take advantage of this discounted offer, a credit card will be required*.
• Following the initial 12-month period of free access and the subsequent 12-month period of half-price access, the standard subscription fee of $99/year will apply and will be charged to the credit card provided in the prior steps unless the subscription is cancelled or the payment method is updated prior.
• As long as you have an active subscription, you will continue to have access to the latest version of digital components relating to the SSP Kit you purchased.

Why has it been done this way?

• We wanted to reward early adopters with lifetime free access to the digital components, and the feedback received from these early adopters has helped shape the offering into something better than it would've otherwise been. Consider the reward of having lifetime digital access as a token of our appreciation for the early support and feedback.
• Providing ongoing, continuous updates to products takes time, effort and resources, as does storing the files and ensuring systems continue to work as they should. The subscription fees help to cover these expenses, ensuring that any time we release updates or make improvements to these products, you will continue to have access to the latest, greatest version of the resource. This means there's no need to upgrade out-of-date resources, or replace lost or stolen items, because for as long as you have an active subscription, you'll continue to have access to the latest version.

*If you are unable or unwilling to provide a credit card to activate the subscription, you will be unable to access the digital components of the SSP Kit. However, one way around this is to temporarily add a credit card to activate the subscription and process the payment, and then the subscription can be cancelled immediately or at any time prior to the renewal 12 months later. This will ensure no further charges will be applied, while the subscription will still remain active for the 12-month period following the payment being processed.
