# Who should purchase the School Licence?

We highly recommend that either the Principal, Deputy Principal or a member of the admin team purchase the **School Licence** in order to manage the account and its users. 

The account buyer will be responsible for purchasing licenses via credit card, and for managing who has access to the paid resources.

**Important Notice:** Resources purchased under an **Individual Licence **are for **personal use only** and must not be shared with others by the PLD account holder.
