# PLD's Policy on PLD Program Refunds and Returns

**Refunds**: In line with Australian Consumer Law, a full refund (or credit note) is available where there is a major problem with a product. If you purchase a product which is unsafe, very different from the description or sample, has serious problems or can't be used for its intended purpose, please [contact us](https://pld-literacy.org/#support) and we'll be happy to work with you to get the issue resolved to your satisfaction. **Change of mind refunds**: We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

**Order errors**: In the event you notice an error in your order BEFORE it has been dispatched (e.g. you have added the wrong multiples of an item to your cart), please [contact us](https://pld-literacy.org/#support) and we will rectify this prior to dispatch.

In the event you notice an error in your order AFTER it has been dispatched, please [contact us](https://pld-literacy.org/#support) within 48 hours of receiving the order to let us know about the issue. At the discretion of PLD, we may offer to exchange or offer a credit note for products returned in pristine, re-salable condition. Note that all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
