I've lost my eBook file. Or I didn't download the eBooks in the 90 day period. Or I downloaded the files somewhere I cannot locate.

Upon ordering an eBook you will receive a confirmation email that includes the link to download your eBook(s) and in that email it advises the following: "Downloads are only available for 90 days after purchase, after which time files are deleted and no longer available for download. Extensions are not possible."

All eBook files are automatically deleted from our server 90 days after they are generated so we encourage you to save the file somewhere safe, because unfortunately once the 90 day period has passed, the eBook will no longer be accessible via the link provided and gaining access again would require purchasing the product again.
