I have purchased eBooks, how do I access them?
If you have created an online account during checkout
Either click on the link in your confirmation email OR go to: https://pld-literacy.org/my-account/. The 'MY ACCOUNT' option is listed in the top right hand corner of the website.
Once you have your account screen open go to 'RECENT ORDERS', then click on the order number or the word 'VIEW' that contains the eBooks.
Within your order you will see 'PRODUCT' from there you can click on the PDF link, the file will open in a new window.
Use the browser settings to download your file.
You will have 5 opportunities to download the file within 90 days.
If you placed the order as a guest
Once your order is confirmed, PLD will email your an order confirmation.
The link(s) to download the eBooks will be available on the order confirmation.
You will have 5 opportunities to download the file within 90 days. There is no need to log into the website to access them.
