# I can't submit a quiz question answer because the buttons are not being displayed

If you're undertaking a quick for any of our online courses and can't see the options to submit answers to a question, please try the following:

1. Reset your browser zoom settings - if you are zoomed in too far, the buttons may not be visible.

2. Switch browser: Internet Explorer is often the cause of issues with things not displaying properly, so we suggest changing to Chrome, Firefox and Edge, which should resolve any issues you are encountering.
