# I can't access my online course - how do I reset my password?

* Go to [https://courses.pld-literacy.org/users/password/new](https://courses.pld-literacy.org/users/password/new)
* Enter your e-mail address.
* Check your e-mail to complete the process to reset your password.
| Please note that it is your school that provides online course access codes directly to teachers, and not the PLD office. You may need to follow up with the school.
