# How is the end of Term 2 screening plotted onto the PLD tracking sheets?


| Central to the PLD process is student tracking which informs the targeted teaching that is required.  How is the end of Term 2 screening plotted onto the PLD tracking sheets?

**Step 2**: Set up the tracking sheets, using instructions outlined [HERE](https://pld-literacy.org/establishing-a-consistent-screening-and-tracking-process/).
