# Do we need to use the updated tracking sheets? Why shouldn't we re-use last years?

As a general rule, at PLD we recommend that you always update your tracking sheets annually. For this reason, each year you will automatically be sent an updated version.

* This year's sheets also have videos explaining their use and their effective implementation, find then [HERE](https://pld-literacy.org/establishing-a-consistent-screening-and-tracking-process/) 
* Improvements are made to the sheets, given the feedback received over the previous school year.
