# Changes, Cancellations & Refunds: How do I get a refund for a seminar?




|| Changes, Cancellations & Refunds 
* **Format Updates:** PLD may switch low-registration seminars to an online or hybrid format at the scheduled time. Attendees will receive access links via email.

* **Refund Policy:** PLD maintains a no-refund policy unless the seminar is cancelled for any reason (in which case, full refunds or alternative training will be provided).

* **Attendee Cancellations:** Cancellations made within 48 business hours of the event incur a $25 admin fee, and the balance will be transferred to another seminar. No refund will be provided.

* For 2-Day Seminars: No refunds are provided for missing the second day, but alternative options to cover the missed content will be supplied.
